  Just noticed the dealer closed the original Google location to recreate one meters away. Same airport, same phone number.Stay away from this hertz location. We never realized that the vehicle they rented us was full of broken glass, because it was in the evening when we got it. A window must have gotten broken, replaced and the car not cleaned.  My wife ended sitting on broken glasses pieces and cut her glove picking it up from the passenger seat. After inspection the next morning in the day light, we found pieces of broken window glass all over the vehicle. It was in the middle console, the passenger seat, the back seat and floor. Big pieces too.  We rented this vehicle to attend my father's funeral, imagine that. My elderly mother could have gotten hurt. When we went back to the hertz rental to get another car, the manager would not even come to see us. He was too busy doing something else.  They offered us a day off the rest of the week rental to compensate us. I did not think it was enough and still wanted to see the manager. I wanted at least the 2 days we had the vehicle since we had not driven the vehicle except from the airport to the hotel and the next day when my wife sat on the glass. They would not give us a new vehicle and wanted us to wait until they cleaned this one. We ended up renting from someone else and getting changed for the full 2 days. I was told I was lucky I didn't get charged for fuel because the tank had a bit of gas gone.

  Terrible experience. Showed up to pick up my car, and told we have to wait 3 hours!!! They gave my reservation to someone else. Another car on the lot but wanted me to pay an extra $100 per day! They refused to give me another car unless I pay, even though they gave away my reservation!
